Nithin will enhance Svanehøj’s contributions to the green transition
Meet the new Sales Director for gas, Nithin Sudarsan, who is set to enhance Svanehøj’s focus on liquefied gas solutions.
On the 1st of October, Nithin Sudarsan took on the mantle as Sales Director for gas at Svanehøj. It is not a completely new setting Nithin Sudarsan has inserted himself into. He has been working in the maritime industry for more than 20 years, most recently as Sales Director at Desmi Ocean Guard, and before that Hamworthy Pumps and Wärtsilä. Consequently, he will bring valuable experience and market insight to Svanehøj.
Nithin has been following Svanehøj closely and is delighted to become a member of an ambitious team within his own area of expertise.
- Svanehøj is going through a really interesting transition, and I am looking forward to tapping into the expertise that already exists here and being a part of the journey. The company is deeply involved with new energy solutions, which fits perfectly with my desire to be part of the green transition by expanding carbon capture and liquified gas solutions to an even greater extent, says Nithin Sudarsan.
Trust-based client relations
Nithin will be an essential member in continuing Svanehøj’s strategic work and ambitions of growth. He will be in close contact with Svanehøj’s current and future customers. In his first conversations with the customers, he could already see validation of his reasoning for choosing to become a part of Svanehøj.
- I like that we are in an interesting field and are contributing to the green transition with our expertise and quality products. I can already sense that there is a big amount of trust from the customers on our expertise and accountability, which underlines the exciting prospect of working at Svanehøj, says Nithin.
Enhanced focus on land-based solutions
Being the new Sales Director for gas he will also be exploring opportunities for pumps within the onshore CCS value chain and the LNG terminals.
- Our Tank Control Systems team is already doing a great job on the onshore LNG storage segment and together with them I hope to enhance our marine gauges portfolio, explains Nithin.
He emphasizes that Svanehøj has laid a great foundation for the enhanced focus on gas solutions, and he cannot wait for the exciting times ahead.
