Cargo offloading pumps

Typical Cargo offloading pump installation for FPSO conversion is vertical with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) driven electric motor. Cargo offloading pump installed in existing pump room; electric motor installed in machinery room. The drive shaft is arranged with gas tight seal (under the motor stool) and cardan shaft connection to the pump.
For new build or cargo booster pump applications, the cargo offloading pumps can also be arranged horizontally on skid with electric motor drive.

Differential Pressure: 100 - 160 mlc

Material: Nickel-AL-Bronze or Super Duplex SS with double mechanical Cartridge seals with flexible flush plan options

Horizontal Cargo Booster Pump for High Pressure Delivery - Skid mounted with EX motor drive

Capacity: Up to 6000 m3/h

Differential Pressure: 100 - 150 mlc

Material: Nickel-AL-Bronze or Super Duplex SS with double mechanical Cartridge seals with flexible flush plan options

Advantages: Compact design with multiple orientation options
