Seven new colleagues at Svanehøj

At Svanehøj, we continuously strive to add strong profiles and promising talents to our growing organization. Recently, we have welcomed seven new colleagues to our HQ in Denmark.

Anne Mogensbæk Steen is employed as Head of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). She joins Svanehøj from a position as Group S&OP Planner at Royal Greenland and has previously worked as Group Process Consultant in Supply Chain at Grundfos and Process and Project Manager in Sourcing at DESMI. Anne has an engineering background with an MSc in Industrial Management later complemented by an HD(O).

Tina Donslund is employed as Group HR Manager. She joins Svanehøj from a position as Head of People & Talents at Trackunit. She has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration HD(O) and more than 20 years of experience within HR, primarily in the tech industry.

Lene Storm Thomsen is employed as Procurement Specialist. She joins Svanehøj from a position as Global Category Manager at Desmi. As Procurement Specialist she will lead, drive, and develop our Category 1 (CTP – Commodity, Tech, and Project) to further ensure a highly competitive supply chain. She will also play an important role, relaunching our category management process.

Christian Møller is employed as Automation Project Engineer. He is trained as an electrician at Semco and entitled certified electrical contractor. He is a certified electrical contractor and joins to Svanehøj with extensive experience from companies within the marine industry such as Semco, Desmi, Alfa Laval, Carsøe and Mariendal.

Emil Bering Hesselholt is employed as Superintendent. He joins Svanehøj from a position as Mechanical Supervisor at ENH-Engineering. He is Bachelor of Technology Management and has previously worked as a Marine Engineer at Nordan Marine.

Casper Haugaard Banch is employed as Sales Manager, Fuel. He has a bachelor’s degree in Technology Management and Marine Engineering and joins Svanehøj from a position as Sales Engineer at DESMI Ocean Guard.

Sebastian Bovenkamp is employed as Senior Design Engineer. He is Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and joins Svanehøj from a position as Development Engineer at Siemens Wind Power. He has more than 20 years of experience Mechanical Engineering and has previously worked with companies such as Vestas, Motorola, and Danfoss.

Martin S. Haandbæk is appointed as Sales Manager, Service. He joined Svanehøj in 2020 as Sales Manager, Gas, and will be joining the Service Department during August. Martin is Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine Engineering and has previously worked as Sales Manager, Aftersales at MAN Energy Solutions.
