Lots of new colleagues have joined Svanehøj
As a part of our continued growth, we are pleased to have welcomed no less than 30 new colleagues to Svanehøj within the last months. With diverse backgrounds and strong expertise, they strengthen our teams across locations and departments.
Caroline Hjorth Nielsen has joined Svanehøj Denmark as a Student Worker in Supply Chain Planning. Caroline is pursuing a degree in Global Business Engineering at Aalborg University and will assist the planning team with her analytical skills.
Dorthe Johnsen Kjærsgaard has taken on the role as Quality Process Specialist in the QEHS team in Denmark. She brings solid experience in quality management systems, auditing, and business process management from her previous position at Grundfos. At Svanehøj, Dorthe will help develop the quality management system and manage audits and certifications.
Frank Hansen has been oppointed Managing Director of Svanehoj EPS in the Netherlands. He brings several years of experience from the marine industry and various top management positions as Chief Operating Officer at NCT Offshore and Managing Director at Danfoss IXA. His primary role will be to explore and develop business opportunities and ensure sustainable operations.
Jacob Rasmussen has started as Project Manager and will be contributing to project coordination and delivery in our engineering operations.
Karen Stolk has joined EPS Svanehoj in the Netherlands as a Document Controller, bringing her skills to support quality and documentation processes.
Karl Peder Olesen has joined Svanehøj as Product Configuration Lead. He brings over 20 years of experience in sales configuration and product modeling. Karl Peder will work closely with the business to enhance our Sales Quote Tool and streamline the quoting of pump solutions.
Michael Søtbæk Madsen has assumed the role of Supply Planner in the Supply Chain Planning team in Denmark. Michael brings with him broad experience in purchasing, most recently from Körber Supply Chain. Moreover, he has worked in the automotive industry with spare parts and indirect purchase.
Nicolai Schouenborg Andreasen has been brought in as Superintendent in Svanehøj Service Solutions. Nicolai joins Svanehøj from a position at Desmi, where he worked with mechanical systems installation across various vessel types. His background also includes engineering work at Orskov Yard and strong experience in customer-facing project coordination.
Paul Koopman has stepped into the position of Manager Inside Sales at Svanehoj EPS in the Netherlands, where he will lead and support customer-focused sales operations. He most recently worked as a senior application engineer at Flowserve.
Samarth Chaudhari has taken on the role as Project Engineer at Svanehoj Japan, supporting a growing presence in the Asian market. He most recently worked as Valve Product Development Engineer at Azbil Corporation.
Sara Guan has assumed the role of Sales Manager at Svanehoj Japan. With strong industry insight, Sara will help expand a growing customer base in the region.
Stef Vanhemelrijk has been appointed as Financial Controller at Svanehoj EPS in the Netherlands, adding his financial expertise to our business unit in the Benelux region.
