New colleagues have joined Svanehoj

In recent months, Svanehoj has welcomed several new colleagues across functions and locations, strengthening our organization with valuable experience and new perspectives. Meet our new team members here.

 

Darren Wong has joined Svanehoj Service in Singapore as Sales Manager. With more than 17 years of experience in the maritime industry, including similar roles at Wärtsilä and MAN, Darren brings a strong customer network and deep market insight. In his role, he will support growth within Svanehoj Service, with a particular focus on the Chinese market for LPG carriers.

 

Jenny Lin has joined Svanehoj as IT Consulting Analyst. Based in Singapore, she will support the organization within IT SOX compliance, working closely with the Group CFO function to strengthen internal controls, documentation, testing processes, and systems governance. Jenny brings more than a decade of experience in Oracle functional support, system implementations, technical analysis, and SOX-compliant processes across international organizations.

 

Leila Lindstrøm has joined the HR team at Svanehoj Denmark as Payroll Assistant. She brings solid experience in payroll and HR administration from companies including DESMI and Alfa Laval. Alongside payroll responsibilities, Leila will support HR administration and contribute to strengthening HR operations.

 

Mikkel Lauritsen has taken on the role as Head of Finance and Business Support. Mikkel is a certified accountant and joins Svanehoj after 11 years at PwC, most recently as Senior Manager. He brings extensive experience in leadership, finance, and business support. His role will cover finance and administration across Svanehoj Denmark and affiliated companies, as well as business support for Svanehoj’s Gas & Fuel division.

 

Majbrit Hedegaard has joined Svanehoj as Finance Business Partner for the Service division. She brings more than 10 years of experience from financial roles in international organizations, including accounting and controlling. Prior to joining Svanehoj, Majbrit worked at Desmi as a controller, where she also managed accounting teams and shared service operations in India. In her new role, she will provide dedicated financial support to the Service Solutions division and contribute to strengthening financial performance and insight.

Rong Huang has joined the Supply Chain Planning team in Denmark as Supply Planner. Rong brings more than 10 years of experience from the purchasing department at Migatronic. Her structured and solution-oriented approach, combined with strong coordination skills, will support efficient planning and collaboration across the supply chain.

 

Janne Kærvig Jensen has joined Svanehoj as PMO Specialist in Svenstrup, Denmark.

 

Mateusz Troch has joined Svanehoj as Senior R&D Engineer – Navy Applications in Svenstrup, Denmark.

 

Majbrit Hedegaard Sørensen has joined Svanehoj as Finance Business Partner in Svenstrup, Denmark. She brings solid experience in finance from Desmi and Color Line. She has previously taught economics as an assistant professor at UCN, University College of Northern Denmark.

Wei Ling Yap has joined Svanehoj as Project Accountant in Singapore. She brings 7 years of professional experience in financial management, reporting, operational planning etc.

 

Andreas Bødker has joined Svanehoj as Shipping Assistant in Svenstrup, Denmark.
