It's official: Svanehoj is now a part of the ITT family!

On Tuesday, the 23rd of January, we celebrated a significant milestone in our company's nearly 100-year history. In Q4 2023, we announced that Svanehoj will continue its journey as a part of ITT Inc. The acquisition is now complete, and our 400+ employees have gained over 10,000 new colleagues in more than 35 countries.

On this highly anticipated day, we had the pleasure of welcoming Fernando Roland (President, Industrial Process), Martín González (Vice President and Value Center CFO, Industrial Process), Bo Jaynes (Executive Director of Strategy & Business Development, Industrial Process), and Dixie Bingham (Vice President Human Resources) from ITT, to our HQ in Aalborg (Svenstrup J.), Denmark, for a thorough presentation and a tour of the facilities.

In ITT, Svanehoj will become part of the Industrial Process (IP) business, a global leader in flow focused on highly engineered pumps, valves, and aftermarket services.

In recent years, we have positioned Svanehoj among the leading marine fuel and cargo pump suppliers and tank gauging systems. In parallel, we have built the market's most extensive service and aftersales business, making Svanehoj a full-scope provider of inspection, service, and calibration of cargo equipment on gas and energy tankers.

Now, we are looking forward to continuing our journey as a part of ITT. Together, we will further speed up our contribution to the energy transition.
