You will be part of an exciting, international company with approx. 280 employees in offices in Denmark, UK, France, Singapore, China, and Japan. In Denmark there are approx. 200 committed employees at our head office in Svenstrup J and our office in Frederikshavn.



Technical Sales Engineer with wide responsibility in finding technically solid solution for project specific offers 

Demand for future fuel solutions (LNG, NH3 and MeOH) in the maritime market drives Svanehøj to strengthen the Fuel Sales team. We are looking for a technically strong Tehcnical Sales Engineer for our sales department in Svenstrup. 


You are in contact with customers supporting them in finding the optimal fuel solution for their vessels. You will provide the technical clarifications in connection with the quotations of our Fuel Pump portfolio and support our Sales Managers with the contract negotiations. 


You are the dynamo with passionate about providing good technical advice and support both externally to customers and internally to your colleagues. With your background in the industry, and with support from our technical and sales teams, you answer technical questions and provide competent advice. 


You have an ongoing dialogue with new leads and existing customers, becoming their professional sparring partner. You are responsible for preparing offers and technical calculations, and act as a link between our sales segments. In addition, you handle various ad hoc tasks during your working day. You use CRM, calculation programs and ERP (AX) in your daily work as a natural part of everyday work-life.



You are motivated by sales and advice on technical products, are service-minded and have a good overview 

We are looking for profile with 1-3 years of experience in sales and consulting in technical products or who is newly trained and ready to develop your skills in sales. You have a technical background, preferably as a marine engineer or other technical education, which gives you a good insight into the work with technical solutions. It is an advantage if you come from the marine industry or have experience from it.


As a person, you are collaborative, flexible and have a commercial mindset. You have a good overview and are structured at the same time as you are passionate about technical advice and good customer service. You are known for your high-quality level and ability to provide good support. You can handle the pressure of a fast-paced sales environment well and can work with multiple tasks simultaneously. You are a team player and thrive on being part of a team where everyone contributes. 


We expect that there will be travel activity to varying degrees, however, a maximum of 20 days a year, and that you are fluent in English in both writing and speaking.
